Thrill in Winter Sceneries of Sljeme

The Croatian Capital of Zagreb is located on the slopes of Medvednica Mountain, its highest peak being called Sljeme. And as you can see from the image gallery below, it is a very exciting place to be at the moment. The winter weather usually comes to Croatia in full swing during January, and even miles away from mountainous Lika Region one can count a few centimeters of snow. If in the country or planning a trip in the upcoming weeks, be sure to take an extra pair of socks, not to mention equipping your car with winter tires.
