The Zagreb Times Sinke

Every year, Salaj family celebrates the Merry Season in a unique way. Their Christmas story involves decorating a traditional estate in Cazma settlement with thousands of colorful lights. The large Croatian ranch is picturesque by default, but with these additions, it becomes scenery from a fable book.

The tradition continues this winter. Once again, visitors of Salaj family can explore the fascinating realm of light and color, and form gorgeous Christmas memories during their stay in Croatia. The estate gates are opened every day from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale for 30 HRK / 4 € per visitor, but children up to seven years age can come for free.

It is possible to buy a special ticket for 200 HRK / 26 €, that enables unlimited number of visits (for single person only, of course).  An ice-skating rink can also be accessed for 20 HRK / 2.65 € (the price covers 45 minutes of skating and rental of skates as well).

The Christmas Story of Cazma will last until January 14th of the upcoming year. Warm clothes are advised, but don’t worry for positive vibrations. There are plenty of them on Salaj estate, just waiting for you to join the fun. Check out our image gallery below to learn what expects you.
