In summer months, Croatia’s coastal regions are a sort of celebrities. Their photos literally appear everywhere, from hard copy magazines to always-busy realm of social networks. But that doesn’t mean that inland Croatia is dry and lacking in summer refreshments. Slavonia is part of Croatia that is miles away from Adriatic shores, yet local residents have their means of challenging the heat wave.
