Listen to Jazz in Boogie Club of Zagreb
One can’t deny that jazz is much more than music genre. It is a form of mentality that bonds so many things together, and always leads to a distinctive atmosphere. Pleasant and inviting wherever its tones are heard, jazz also benefits from fine surroundings of its listeners. Such can be found in Boogie Club, a relatively novel locale in Croatian Capital of Zagreb.
Boogie club is located in Margaretska Street and features three floors of jazzy fun. The ground level is a comfy bar that is ideal for coffee culture enjoyments, while the first floor looks more like a lounge for quick relaxation. The basement area is where the music club is located.
“Our initial plans are to have four performances per week, from Wednesday to Saturday evening. We will host local musicians, but some foreign guests have already been scheduled to perform,” representatives of Boogie club explained to Croatia Times source. “We are passionate about jazz, but we will tender other music genres as well including Latin, Soul, Funk and Brazilian tunes.”
Weekends are reserved for dancefloor experiences, courtesy of Croatian and foreign DJs. So if you are in jazzy state of mind, come to Margaretska Street- and for quick preview check out our image gallery below.
