Read Books in Valkane Cove

The small naval cove called Valkane can be found in Croatian City of Pula. It is a charming place by default, but even more thanks to its lovely library cabinet. Local people leave books inside so others can borrow them. Other people are welcome to leave their literary contributions as well. In addition, a box of chess is present, allowing the passionate players to have a round of the game on a table nearby.

For centuries Pula has been known as City of Fugitives. Whoever runs away from something, sooner or later ends up on its gentle shores. It is nice to know that escapists of the world have such place and that book-reading and chess-playing is only one walk away. Visit Valkane and see whether there are books in your language available. And if not, consider leaving some for your fellow tourists.
