Planning to visit Sibenik this summer? In that case, consider visiting these three great bars, as their lovely interiors, professional service and unique offerings will certainly add to your stay in this gorgeous Dalmatian settlement.
This chic but convivial wine bar and design shop provides a great selection of Croatian wines with a particularly strong showing from local boutique wineries – notably Bibich from the hills above Skradin just inland. It’s also a great place to sample herb-infused rakijas and other indigenous spirits. The location is ideal; in the heart of old Šibenik but not too close to the tripper-thronged cathedral.

Stylish spot on a small square facing St Chrysogonus’ Church, the town’s oldest. On a hot day, book a table on the tree-shaded stone terrace. Dried figs in wine are the best dessert choice.
