Croatian coast has a large number of fancy places to stay in, and today we bring you the story of Villa Manus. Designed by Svjetlana Despot of Data Décor Company, it can be just the thing you need for your next summer vacation. But the eye-catching estate wasn’t half as classy a few years ago. In many ways, its story reminds of fairy tale about ugly duckling turned into a beautiful swan.

“Originally, it was just a very unpresentable housing residence. My first thought was to demolish it and build a new house,” Svjetlana explained to Croatia Times souce. “But then, ideas began to flow through my mind. We took out a lot of unnecessary elements and added black and white contrasts to make it more alluring.”

Once renovated, Villa Manus has become an impressive piece of architecture. Not to mention it is a great spot for a relaxing stay on Croatian Coast that bonds luxury with relaxation. You can find it in Opric settlement in Croatia’s Kvarner Region. It is located in the vicinity of Lovran, less than four kilometers away from charming Opatija. If coming from Rijeka, the villa is about 26 kilometer away from local airport.

All visitors can count on quality air conditioning and private bathroom facilities. Reserved parking spots are also available, as well as an outdoor grill. You may also opt to use the sauna, but bear in mind its services are paid separately.  Couples are especially fond of spending their vacation on this location. It has also been proclaimed to offer best value for money in entire Opatija.

The guests of Villa Manus provided a lot of positive feedback. The most lauded feature is the estate’s private exterior, which has been described as an anti-stress ambient that easily fills up mental batteries. After having a vacation in this villa, the visitors returned to their jobs with new vigor and will to work.

Considering visiting Croatia? Then consider having Villa Manus as your local home.
