Enjoy the Evening Colors of Split

Centuries ago, Roman Emperor Diocletian ordered a construction of a luxurious palace on the shores of Dalmatia region. He imagined it to be his not-so-very-modest retirement residence. Little did he know that the large estate will turn into one of Croatia’s most beloved cities, the regional capital that is called Split. Featuring hundreds of places one can visit and enjoy, this urban settlement bonds long past with modern events and fantastic dining experiences. Of course, one shouldn’t forget beautiful beaches that made Split such a renowned summer destination.

But in case you just want to have a relaxing stroll through Split streets and enjoy the everyday life as an attraction of its own, the city won’t let you have it without beautiful sceneries. The evening hours spread a gorgeous palette over Dalmatia’s sky and the settlement lights blend with Adriatic surface in amazing pattern.
