Explore the Depths of Jelinak Valley
Near Dalmatian City of Trogir, one can explore a truly unique exhibition. You won’t need a guide or a ticket to attend it- merely a snorkel and a pack of oxygen tanks. The underwater museum that is located in Jelinak valley exhibits statues of religious nature, associated with the Stations of the Cross that follow the last moments of Christ. Situated about four meters below the Adriatic surface, the statues are attractive locality even to unreligious divers, and the whole site is truly amazing. Built by sculptor Valentino Tal, they are among Trogir’s most popular landmarks (or should we say, seamarks?)
