The Adriatic Times Sinke

Casa Paranzana is a wonderful stone house in Croatia, located between two medieval towns in Istrian region. You can find it in the settlement of Biloslava, around 20 minutes away from the sea, and having a view of local vineyards, olive groves and distant shores of Adriatic. The architect behind this unique estate is Edita Geci, who arranged even the slightest detail on 270 square meters of Casa Paranzana.

Casa Paranzana, Istrian Architecture at its Best

The stone house has three floors, which include four luxurious bedrooms featuring en suite bathrooms, a large living room equipped with a fireplace, a dining room which includes an open space kitchen, a private wine cellar and- last but not least- a gallery powered by high-tech house cinema.

Casa Paranzana has been constructed with materials traditionally used in Istria: stone and wood. The entire façade is made of local rocks, while the floors have wooden coverage. The owners imagined it to be their little secret place for summer retreats in Istria, but when party appetites go wild, Casa Paranzana becomes a perfect site for large company. However, the owners also plan to rent the house during hot summers of Croatian tourist Season.

The house is also equipped with an outdoor pool and a private fitness area. So if this sounds like a place you’d like to be in the upcoming hotter months, be sure to check out its official website.
