Two restaurants run by Drazen Jambrisko have entered this guide. The restaurant Zlatne ruke is located in the cellar of Obrtnicki dom in Varazdin, a great location for escaping reality in the city center. The restaurant owner and the chef Miljenko Borak have decided on a bit more modern approach for this restaurant, starting from the menu, the interior and the way of serving food. Beside the regular menu, they offer theme evenings where you can try, for instance, goose in seven-eight courses.

The menu is further adapted to city events, such as Spancirfest, when the tables are full and the kitchen must work much faster. In Zlatne ruke they like to offer dishes from around Croatia, and Croatia as a destination through four basic foods. Beside the chef Borak, a 22-year-old Valentina has worked in the restaurant for five years now. You must try her beef tornado!
