Zlatna ribica, located between the Adriatic motorway and the coast has been managed by the same family for over fifty years. Today, two brothers’ children work in this family owned business which has, over the years, sprung to a small hotel, a concession beach and own mooring. They own their own vineyards and olive groves, they make their own wine and oil, and they now have a vegetable garden. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the island of Krapanj. They are well known for fresh fish, and you have to try the Krapanj brodetto. The team also acquires modern trends, so they filet their fish, make frog fish and shrimp sushi. In the summertime, they make swimmer menus, and in the wintertime cod fish buffet with 20 various cod fish dishes.
