If an image is worth a thousand words, then meals prepared by chef Mislav Božić are worth a thousand images. What else to expect from a chef who was learning about French and Italian cuisine in the middle of Tokyo. “You can feel it all in my meals. Yet, I have my own story, and with complete freedom in the kitchen, I experiment all the time. I get ideas at 2 a.m.”, says one of the most passionate Croatian chefs, who dreads ready-made food and all types of cans.

He calls his creations new creative Zagorje cuisine for all five senses that will bring to life the famous local ingredients. Julienne vegetables with ham and bacon, verrines from Zagorje, terrines with chicken, remoulade sauce with horse radish – they speak what the chef wants to say.
