The charming tavern is nicely settled in the pebbled streets of Volosko. If the three tables on the tiny terrace are full, no need to worry. Inside you can relax in the cosy atmosphere and the delicate ambience making this place something more than a typical tavern. The same is true for their menu. The Mum, Jadranka Banda, uses fresh local products to create exquisitely simple yet original, mostly fish dishes. This is the place where pelagic fish is appreciated and you simply must taste stuffed grilled pilchard on a stick served on fennel, arugula and cherry tomatoes salad; or bonito steak tartare, fish not apprised enough, or grilled young cow cheese with anchovy pesto. Deserts, though scarce, attract with their simplicity.
