Third generation of the Matić family slowly taking over this restaurant in the pine shade of Lungomare is the key point of Istrian seafood cuisine. The elegant interior is characterised by a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. The kitchen, run by Davor, Katarina and Dean, offers dishes of very refined taste, making their cold dishes a reason enough to visit. In spring, make sure to taste crab stew (buzara) with a slice of grilled polenta. Try to remain calm when presented with a trolley full of mum Loreta’s cakes.
