Three things have made Mano famous. Firstly, the impressive Glyptotheque interior, brick industrial building renovated into a restaurant; secondly the great steaks and last but not the least, its very young chef Hrvoje Kroflin who has introduced innovative menu and a touch of world trends into an otherwise traditional restaurant.
Just ten minutes walk from the main square along Tkalčićeva street you will find a hidden terrace and a nice quiet place to have dinner. Mano changes menu twice a year, whereas the entire menu is based on what the nearby city market Dolac offers.
Although the menu is mostly based on meat dishes, Black Widow Steak eing the most popular, lately they have started offering fish dishes arranged in modern way.
