The restaurant opened seven years ago in the Lav hotel. The owners have engaged serious efforts to list this restaurant to the best restaurant list. This is not typical for hotel restaurants, and they have their interesting, a la carte menu to thank.

 

The basic idea is to offer local products, mainly fresh water products. This is only logical, since the restaurant has the Danube River view and gets fresh fish from the river daily. The fish is first shipped to the kitchen, where Nenad Vujaklija holds the throne, and then to restaurant tables, surrounded with elegant and nice interior.

 

His cuisine may be called the marriage of modern and traditional. Try the carp fillet fried in bread crumbs, catsifh and pikeperch risotto with baked paprika and garlic, or catfish fillet with vegetable ratatouille. If you prefer meat, choose a veal steak with gnocchi in white wine sauce.
