Giaxa

In the late 15^th century, the noble family of Jaksa (Giaxa) constructed a Gothic palace in Croatian town of Hvar. Today, this fascinating site became home to prime gastronomy, as the restaurant of the same name was opened on its premises. Combining historical past with tradition of Dalmatian cuisine, it is described as a place where lavender and rosemary meet Serenissima.
