Meatballs are quite popular in the western world. However, finding this food in tuna edition is not as easy as one would presume. But don’t worry. Thanks to our daily recipe, you’ll be forming tuna balls in minutes.
What you will need:
350 g tuna meat
50 g bread crumbs
400 g spaghetti
500 ml tomato juice
1 drained lemon
What you will do:
Use kitchen blender to mince tuna meat, and mix it in a large bowl with eggs, lemon juice, crumbs and fresh parsley leafs. Form meatballs to size of your taste. Once they are formed, fry them on olive oil from all sides.
Boil some salted water and cook spaghetti until they become al dente. Put them in a large bowl and mix with tomato juice. Put meatballs on top, and return ingredients above the flame. Stir vigorously , avoiding harsh physical contact with meatballs, so they don’t fall apart.
After a few minutes, the meal is ready to be served. You can also make this dish with simple canned tuna. But of course, it is not the real thing.
