Time for draw a fall’s palette on your dining plate. With this great recipe involving everyone’s favorite ‘shrooms (or mushrooms, if your want to get into the details) you can say hello to the new season in a very spectacular way.
What you will need:
500 g mushrooms
200 g fresh cheese
1 handpick of parsley
5 spoons olive oil
1 sour cream
What you will do:
At the beginning, clean the mushrooms. Don’t wash them in water, as this will ruin their texture. Use dry cloth to remove the dirt, and cut the cap with a knife.
In a bowl, cut the pepper, tomato and zucchini on small cube-like pieces. For visual delight, you can use peppers of the various colors. Salt and pepper everything, adding cheese and previously minced parsley.
Turn the caps down, turning them into small mushroom jars. Align them on a baking plate and fill in with the veggies from the previous paragraph. Pour olive oil on each ‘shroom and roast for 15 minutes at 250 °C.
Serve with sour cream. These ‘srhooms can be consumed as small bites, but in quantity can also be a tasty full meal.
