Walking through the forest can be an enchanting experience, especially if you know a thing or two about cooking. Every now and then, you see an herb or a mushroom which inspires you to set your course to kitchen. And if you find yourself lacking an idea what to prepare, here is our suggestion.

What you will need:

4 spoons of olive oil

350 g mixed mushrooms

2 cloves of garlic

1 spoon of minced rosemary

1 spoon of minced thyme

500 ml vegetable broth

80 g traditional polenta

80 g parmesan cheese

80 g butter

1 spoon chervil plant (minced)

100 g soft cheese with noble rot

What you will do:

Heat some olive oil on a frying pan, adding mushrooms after a few minutes. Don’t shake them too much- you want them to receive that tasty golden-colored crust. Once they are finished, remove them from the pan, and insert herbs, salt, pepper and garlic. Wait for a few minutes, stirring gently, and then return the mushrooms. The ingredients will become a tasty, colorful mixture, in which you pour vegetable broth.

When the dish boils, insert polenta and cook until it softens. At the end, insert cheese and butter. Put everything on a large plate, strewing some parmesan and rosemary over the dish.
