Big Picture: The Church of Daruvar

After it recieved the status of a merchant site in 1837, the town of Daruvar has blossomed. Even today, it is a notable destination of continential Croatia in tourist context, especially if you know it resides under Papuk mountain, Croatia’s first geopark. Photographed above is the Church of Holy Trinity, built in 1764. It is located in the very center of Daruvar.
